Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We are unable to ship Oso Meal products outside of the United States. All orders, including expedited shipments, are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours and are shipped within five business days. Please note at times shipment may be delayed due to inclement weather, holidays, or an increased volume of orders.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Standard Shipping (within the Continental U.S.) - will arrive within 5-7 business days from the day they ship.
Need Faster Shipping?
UPS charges for expedited shipping methods are calculated for you on our Shopping Cart for each shipping method (Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day). You choose the shipping type, and freight will be added during check-out.
Placing an Order
Oso Adventure Meals is only able to accept orders through our website with credit card payment. We are not able to accept retail orders via phone or fax, but you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We do not accept returns on food items unless it is defective, damaged or if there is a receiving discrepancy. To ensure your request can be processed and not denied for any damage or receiving discrepancies with your order, all requests must be received within 30 days of delivery.
